What method of shipping will Urban Christian Design use to ship the order?
You may select from several shipping methods during order checkout. For expedited FedEx service, the order must be placed by 11:00 AM CT/Noon PM ET (orders placed on a holiday or other non-business day will be processed and shipped the next business day). We occasionally offer Free Shipping and those shipments will ship with our preferred carrier to addresses within the contiguous U.S. only.
When will my order ship?
Unless otherwise stated at the time you place your order, we ship all items within (1 to 3 days for most items and some items like embroidered items will ship in 2 to 7 business days) of receiving your order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
Taxes and fees on your order will be calculated during checkout. Some states charge tax on shipping and handling fees in addition to state and local taxes on the purchased items

What if my order is missing items or damaged?
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please email us anytime.
We will assist you as quickly as possible.
In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.
If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office.
We will look further into missing and damaged items and offer a free reprint if determined that there was no error on your part.
Please include a photo or two that shows the damage to the item and the damage to the packaging as well if applicable
What is Urban Christian Design’s Return Policy?
Satisfaction is important to us– if you have any problems, questions, or you wish to return an item, please let us know by emailing support@urbanchristiandesign.com
Please include your Sales Order number, PO Number, or Pack Slip number
If incorrect or faulty product, please get in touch with us within 30 days of product delivery, and we will be happy to arrange a free reprint.
Please note that Urban Christian Design will not offer reprints or refunds if order was placed with wrong size or color
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund
Our team will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you
Please note that a free reprint is not offered in these cases:
Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided on order.
Products that were received as requested; and the customer wishes to have another size or color instead. In this instance, contact us for a return address, mail the item back, and replace your order. We will refund for t-shirt promptly upon receiving.
Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1″)
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error
We offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us at support@urbanchristiandesign.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
How will my order ship if it is placed on back-order?
Back-orders will ship as soon as available via the most cost-effective method
Bad odor
Please note that a faint odor is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Typically, the odor will disappear after the first wash.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replace Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@urbanchristiandesign.com and we
will send you a return address where to send your exchange.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return for exchange or refund

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
